PREMIUM COACHING PROGRAM
REFUND, PAUSE & RESCHEDULING POLICY
By enrolling in the Premium Coaching Program, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
7-DAY REFUND PERIOD
The client may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of enrollment.
Any completed coaching sessions, onboarding work, assessments, planning, or support already provided may be deducted from the refund amount at the sole discretion of Ferrero Productions LLC.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
NO REFUNDS AFTER 7 DAYS
After the initial 7-day refund period, all payments are non-refundable.
The Premium Coaching Program is a limited-capacity coaching service. Enrollment reserves a coaching position, ongoing support availability, and coaching resources that could otherwise be offered to another client.
For this reason, no refunds will be issued after the 7-day refund period, regardless of the client’s participation level, schedule changes, personal circumstances, professional obligations, relocation, travel, or other unforeseen events.
COACHING PAUSE POLICY
If personal, professional, health, family, or scheduling circumstances arise, the client may request to pause the coaching program.
Clients may pause their coaching for up to six (6) months during their enrollment period.
Pause requests must be submitted in writing and approved prior to the pause taking effect.
Unused coaching time will remain available and may be resumed upon the client’s return.
All coaching time must be used within eighteen (18) months of the original enrollment date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Clients may reschedule coaching sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions missed without 24 hours’ notice may be considered forfeited and may not be rescheduled.
Exceptions may be granted at the coach’s sole discretion in cases of genuine emergency.
WHATSAPP & BETWEEN-SESSION SUPPORT
WhatsApp, email, voice notes, video feedback, and other forms of between-session support are provided as supplemental coaching support.
Response times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on schedule, travel, performance commitments, teaching responsibilities, and other professional obligations.
Supplemental support does not replace scheduled coaching sessions.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER
The Premium Coaching Program provides education, coaching, guidance, feedback, accountability, and support.
However, specific musical, artistic, educational, professional, financial, or career outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
The client’s results depend on numerous factors, including effort, consistency, practice habits, implementation, experience level, and individual circumstances.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Enrollment in the Premium Coaching Program constitutes acceptance of this policy and all associated coaching terms.
Ferrero Productions LLC reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time for future enrollments.
